    luckily (for my purposes) i’m quick on the download take
    grabbed an impression before the memory formed

    How Memories Are Formed and… [some useful advice ]

    According to Harvard Medical School, there are some things you can do to try and keep your memory sharp:

    * Exercise regularly.
    * Don’t smoke.
    * Eat a healthy diet.
    [* so drinking wine’s fine ]

    Keep learning by reading, studying new languages, or trying out new hobbies [or remixing… especially remixing ]. Anything that makes you exercise your brain may help keep your memory sharp.
